On the 18th, LS ELECTRIC announced that it signed a supply contract worth about USD 70 million (approximately KRW 105 billion) for distribution equipment to be installed at a large data center of a big-tech company in the United States.
With this order, LS ELECTRIC will supply essential high-end power equipment for data centers—such as vacuum circuit breakers (VCBs)—to core grid systems. The company is evaluated as having earned firm trust from global big-tech companies with highly demanding standards.
In the U.S. distribution market, which has high barriers to entry, LS ELECTRIC is further solidifying its position as a major player as it is being broadly recognized for its unrivaled technology and quality, as well as differentiated project execution capabilities such as thorough on-time delivery.
